Terms & Conditions:

All animals accepted at the owner's risk.

HEALTH:

WE SHALL NEED TO SEE YOUR CATS CURRENT VACCINATION CERTIFICATE against feline flu and enteritis SUPPLIED BY THE VET. This is required on or before the date of your cat/s arrival. Please inform us of any notable medical treatments your cat may have had received in the past.

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR CAT/S FLEA AND WORM TREATMENT IS UP TO DATE. In the very unlikley event we find a flea on your cat/s we shall inform you on your return. However if fleas are found the cat/s will be treated and will be charged at your own expense.  But please don't be offended by this as modern fleas are becoming imune to some of the older flea treatments, for further information on fleas see "here"

Any cat suffering from a contagious disease or infection will not be accepted to stay in the cattery.

We will happily inject with insulin and give special care to any diabetic cats at no extra cost

HYGIENE:   

The chalets are cleaned to a very high standard daily and between bookings. This ensures that the possibility of any cross infection being passed between cats is minimised.

FEEDING:

During your cats stay with us we will feed your cat at no extra cost with it's usual favorite wet or dried food. We have large supplies of all the major brands, flavours and types at the cattery such as Felix, Whiskas, Sheba, etc.  We can also feed your cat/s fresh meat, poultry, fish or prawns.  We also supply a constant supply of fresh Tap or spring water or if you prefer, we can also supply Felix & Whiskas cat milk.

VETERINARY TREATMENT:

New customers shall be required to sign a disclosure form on arrival at the cattery with their cat/cat's. This allows for any unforeseen emergency veterinary treatment that may be required during your cats stay. In the very unlikley event that your cat/s has to be taken to the vets we shall inform you by phone.

(Any unforseen veterinary treatment will be charged at your own expense).

BOOKINGS:

Advance reservations are accepted.

All customers new or existing are required to pay a 50% deposit prior to there cats stay. To secure the booking. This is non refundable. If not we reserve the right to cancel such bookings.

If a cancellation is to be made regarding your cat/s not being able to come into the cattery, written confirmation or a statement of the cats treatment from your vets will apply.. However if you cancel for any other reason a 50% deposit of the booking will accure.

Please note it is advisable to book as early as possible for the very busy summer & winter holiday periods. As many of you will know we are the only licensed cattery in Southampton, this has increased the demand for our quality cattery and we are always very busy.

Only cat/s from the same household are able to 'share' a chalet.

PAYMENT & CHARGES:

Charges apply for all the days of your cat's stay with us.

The final payment for your cats stay with us can be made by either Credit or Debit card on arrival with us.

All the current charges are clearly displayed in the reception office and here on our web site.
